How Long Will it Take to Clean My Carpets?
It goes without saying that a great cleaning company will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Cleaning times depend on the ease of set-up, stains, soil levels, furniture moving and more. Unlike other cleaners, we focus on doing a deep clean and it is an endeavor to get the stains out which might take longer than expected. Generally, you should expect something along the following:

3 rooms, hall, stairs – about 1.5 hours
3 rooms, hall, stairs, living room and den – about 2- 2.5 hours

Will All the Carpet Stains Come Out?
Trained cleaning technicians will treat all stubborn stains and tough spots with special solutions prior to cleaning to eliminate as many stains and spots as possible. We usually cannot guarantee that all stains and spots can be removed, but they will use professional formulas and apply experience to get out what general cleaning cannot. If stains or spots are determined to be permanent, the cleaning technicians should let you know about other possible options with you before completing the job. Stains such as turmeric & other vegetables dyes can be permanent, though we focus on doing a deep clean and it is an endeavor to get the stains out
